Creamsicle Smoothie – As a kid, I favored creamsicles. Do you guys mention those? Far improve than the public popsicle. - 1 cup Silk Unsweetened Original Almond Milk see note
- 1/2 – 1 scoop Vega One French Vanilla see note
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple or frozen mango
- optional: 1 tbsp raw cashew butter or raw almond butter
- optional: couple pinches vanilla bean powder
- 1/2 cup sliced raw carrots
- 1/2 cup ice optional
- Add all ingredients (except ice, and turn with 1/2 cup of pulverisation) to a blender. Puree until rattling fast.
- Sensing, and add additional solid if wanted, and added river to anorexic if desired. Add ice to glasses and teem smoothies over ice if using. Work. Makes rightful over 3 1/2 cups; makes 2 spacious smoothies or 3 smaller.
